Abstract: The primary study was to determine and effectiveness of physical fitness newlinetraining programme on psycho-physiological efficiency on Volleyball players. newlineVolleyball is a very popular game in India played at recreational to comparative by newlinechildhood to old age in both sexes. Volleyball was first developed in 1895 by a newlinephysical education instructor, William Morgan, in Massachusetts, USA. He gives in newlinethe name Minotonette . The game really took off as volleyball world-wide because it newlinecould be played so easily, all that was needed was a ball and a net. With no need for newlineexpensive equipment, it became popular all over the world, especially in countries newlinewhere finance for sports facilities was limited. This fast team game is played in 1957 newlineaffiliated countries, by more than 70 million registered players. It is also a popular newlinebeach sport, since sand is an excellent surface to learn on. Only one group was newlinetargeted experimental group, there was no control group. The 30 male volleyball newlineplayers, participated in the study and their age ranged between 19-30years.Training newlinewas given to the experimental groups. The data was collected through respondents in newlinethe form of different experimental tests. The demographic information about Gender, newlineage, daily smoking, drug use, etc. was obtained before seeking responses. Pre and newlinepost-test was taken on 30 Volleyball Players from various colleges, voluntary to newlineparticipate in the Physical fitness training programmes. The age, height, weight, newlineresting heart rate, vital capacity, respiratory rate, and breath holding capacity of all newlinesubjects were measured in physical education department laboratory. All Thirty newlineVolleyball players acted as experimental group for Physical fitness training newlineprogrammes with no control groups. A Physical fitness training programme was newlineplanned for 12 weeks, training given in a week 5 and 90 minutes in a day. newlineThe information related to data was obtained before and after training to the volleyball newlineplayers through questionnaires.
