Abstract: newlineABSTRACT newlineProbability theories are not only applied extensively in information extraction researches involving data mining but are also important subject areas of Mathematics for the students of engineering and technology and management sciences among many other disciplines This research work hence attempts to evolve an information extraction technique which applies Probability theories The research also proposes an efficient e content instructional technique for the subject areas of Probability The research for its case studies has delimited e contents of three chosen disciplines which cater to Probability theories in their respective programs With strong literature support the aspects of probability and cognitive modeling have been tried out side by side by the research for extracting probability concepts from textual e learning documents For this purpose the research proposed rhetoric concept words as well as Probability domain concept words for extracting e documents for different levels of learners the first novelty demonstrated by the research Application of Naïve Bayes conditional probability theory for treating these two spheres of concept words for extracting e documents is another novelty demonstrated by the research On the other side of e learners domain concepts are treated differently through appropriate rhetoric concepts by different levels of learners belonging to different disciplines but all of them deal with the same subject content namely Probability Theories Under these backgrounds the research as a first step has arrived at strategies for treating different learner levels in extracting concepts from e contents These strategies are pedagogical as well as technical in nature The strategies derived out of the study will be used for next level of research for evolving an efficient and reliable concept extraction technique Social survey research methodology has been adopted for deriving these strategies Through literature support rhetoric concepts that are treated by Blooms education
