dc.description.abstractHuman Resources Development (HRD) as a theory is a framework for the expansion of human capital within an organization through the development of both the organization and the individual to achieve performance improvement. Adam Smith States, The capacities of individuals depended on their access of education . Human Resources Development is the integrated use of training organization, and career development efforts to improve individual, group and organization effectiveness. HRD develops the key competencies that enable individuals organizations to perform current and future job through planned learning activities. Group within organization use HRD to initiate and manage change. Also, HRD ensure a match between individual and organizational needs. newlineHuman Resources Development in the organizational context is process by which the employment of an organization are helped in a continous planned way to: newline1. Acquire or sharpen capabilities required to perform various functions associated with their present or expected future leads. newline2. Development their general capabilities as individual to discover and exports their own inner potential for their own organizational developers and develop an organizational culture in which supervisor subordinate relationship team work and collaboration among sub units are strong contribute to the professional wellbeing motivation and pride of employees. newlineHRD is process, not merely a set of mechanisms and techniques. Human resources management has a pivotal role to play in developing the capabilities and capacity of an organization. Therefore, the importance of Human Resources Development in an organization cannot be overlooked because the caliber and the quality of the workforce in general and the higher level managers in particular affect the working of an organization. To have good organization means to have right and competent human resource.
