Abstract: Retailing activity mainly involves the buying of products from the wholesaler and selling them directly to the final consumers. Thus the success of this industry largely depends on its customers and employees. This sector intends to provide good quality products and services to increase their customer base. In retail industry, employees are internal customers who work together to attain a required sales target. They are the one who act as pillars and provide support to the retail industry. In todayand#8223;s environment the growing retail markets have a tremendous potential to heighten the competition to a new level (Mishra, 2009).
