They set operational goals, establish plans with timelines and newlineallocate resources. They organise and staff and assign jobs to people, They monitor newlineresults and solve problems that arise. newlineLeaders on the other hand seek to produce organisational change. They envision the newlinefuture. They inspire people to reach that vision. Organisations are called upon to newlineintegrate management and leadership. A strong management alone may result in a newlinebureaucracy without purpose while strong leadership alone can create change that is newlineimpractical. Modern organizations require leaders who are good managers and newlinemanagers who are good leaders...... newline
