Abstract

Corporate Governance has become a global phenomenon in recent times. The stages newlineof development of Corporate Governance and its systems synchronize with the newlineevolution of the economy, corporate structure, political and legal developments of a newlinecountry. In India, studies about Corporate Governance have been focusing on its newlinedivergent issues and varying methodologies.
