We present a new non-Maxwellian distribution - the QNDD to be obeyed by the majority fraction of particles inside the sun. This new distribution is designed by enumerating all the baryons contained at the solar core, and by assuming the total baryon number content to be conserved during the thermonuclear reactions. According to this distribution, the high energy tail of the Maxwellian distribution is progressively attenuated, the attenuation being characterized by a modification factor F (E) = o3/2e-BE , where s = o -1 and o is a parameter depending on the concentrations, masses and other characteristics of the nuclides present in the sun. Due to this attenuation, all the reaction rates and consequently the solar neutrino counting rates for the 37C1 - detector have been found to get reduced in an expected manner. This requires raising of the solar core temperature relative to the quoted standard model value. The true core temperature of 16.64 million degrees is obtained from the calculation of solar models. At this raised temperature, the predominance of the pp-chain over the CNO-cycle at the solar core have been discussed. The neutrino fluxes for different sources at the in-terior of the sun have been obtained by step integration method along with the calculation of the models. The result obtained, for the counting rate of solar neutrinos in the 37C1 - experiment as obtained from the model is 0.75 SNU - a value somewhat lower than the presently accepted average capture rate of 37C1 - experiment. Predictions regarding the capture rates of other detectors are also furnished.
