The efficacy of eight different Pseudomonas strains and eight Bacillus strains isolates from different vegetables and fruit plant were confirmed on the morphological and biochemical basis and screened by dual culture method . The results showed that among the eight Pseudomonas strains isolates recorded the maximum inhibition (79.77mm.). And the Bacillus strains shows maximum inhibition (76.77mm.) zone as compared to control (90.00mm.). A further study was conducted using the isolated bio-agents of Pseudomonas fluorescens and Bacillus subtilis from Guava and Potato were found the most efficient among the other isolates to suppress F.oxysporum f.sp. capsici single and in-combination treatment in vitro as well as in vivo. Seedlings treatment of Talc-based formulation of Pseudomonas fluorescens and Bacillus subtilis effectively controlled the vascular wilt of chilli and root-knot under pot conditions.en_US
