Abstract: quotAim: To develop accurate, precise, robust, quick, simple, environmentally friendly, sustainable, and cost-effective chromatographic methods for the quantification of selected pesticides in their formulated products, ensuring reliability and consistency in various agrochemical matrices. newline newlineMaterial and Methods: A diverse range of pesticides, including herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides, were selected for this study, encompassing widely used compounds such as pendimethalin, metribuzin, sulfentrazone, clomazone, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, pretilachlor, thiamethoxam, thiophanate-methyl, azoxystrobin, fipronil, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin, tolfenpyrad, dinotefuran, pyriproxyfen, and diafenthiuron. These pesticides, along with their combined formulation dosage forms, were obtained from reputable sources. To accurately quantify these compounds, robust RP-HPLC and RP-UFLC methods were meticulously developed and rigorously validated in alignment with SANCO guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of precision and reliability for both technical and formulated products. newlineThe methods were validated for critical parameters, including accuracy, precision, and linearity, making them suitable for routine quality control in agrochemical applications. newlineResults and Discussion: The successful quantification of a broad spectrum of pesticides, including pendimethalin, metribuzin, sulfentrazone, clomazone, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, pretilachlor, thiamethoxam, thiophanate-methyl, azoxystrobin, fipronil, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin, and tolfenpyrad, was achieved through the innovative application of RP-HPLC techniques. For dinotefuran, pyriproxyfen, and diafenthiuron, UFLC proved to be the optimal method. Simultaneous quantification was efficiently performed for pairs such as pendimethalin and metribuzin, sulfentrazone and clomazone, and pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and pretilachlor using RP-HPLC, while dinotefuran, pyriproxyfen, and diafenthiuron pesticides were simultaneously analyzed using RP-UFLC. newlineThese advanced chromatographic methods
