Abstract: | Hazards of life style modifications are most emerging problem ahead of the newlineworld. Hypertension is primary cause of mortality and multiple organic newlinecomplications.In ancient time people used to follow the life style according to newlineAyurveda. Now a days it is altered; due to irregularand wrong considerations, type of newlinework in different shift,sedentary work, abstinence of exercise, changed rules of newlinecooking and consuming food.Everybody is trying to consume readymade food in the newlineform of junk and packaged appearance. Today s people forgot the golden healthy newlinerule suggested by Ayurveda in different contexts. If we have an overlook to current newlinefood types it reveals that it is brimful with sugar, fine wheat flour, vanasptighee, milk, newlinecurd, different sauces and jams.One and all the comestible are power packed with newlinefull of salt. Though salt gives flavor to food and temptation to eat. Unknowingly it is newlineconsumed in large amount thing should be taken affably. If we have a look on life newlinestyle disorders list coronary heart disease, obesity, diabetes and hypertension are newlinestood within first five.2 newlineImportant cause of coronary heart disease is Hypertension; if it newlineis not controlled and treated properly multiple consequences may get happen giving newlineto fatal conditions. The main culprit disease is hypertension which must be taken in newlineto consideration.
