Abstract: This study investigated Secondary School Teachers Teaching Aptitude and newlineJob Satisfaction, Social Adjustment and Personality Factors .The population of the newlineresearch is chosen from the secondary teachers in the different schools at the newlineBilagi, Badami, Bagalakot,Hungund, Jamakhandi and Mudhol taluka s in newlineBagalkot District. The research sample consisted of 355 secondary teachers from newline52 secondary schools in Bagalkot District at different institutions of 6 Taluka s is newlineselected. The sample consisted of 189 male teachers of secondary schools and 166 newlinefemale teachers of secondary schools. The study undertaken may be termed as newlinedescriptive survey method. Statistical Techniques of the study has been organized newlinethe following sections:1)Descriptive statistics 2)Differential statistics newline3)Correlation analysis of teaching aptitude with other variables of teachers of newlinesecondary schools 4)Multiple linear regressions analysis of teaching aptitude with newlineother variables of teachers of secondary schools. The present study was designed newlineto know that teaching aptitude influence of Job Satisfaction, Social Adjustment newlineand Personality Factors to secondary school teachers in their job. newlineThe Teaching Aptitude Test Battery developed by singh and sharma(2011).The newlinepresent study assessed and compared the Female teachers have significant higher newlineteaching aptitude as compared to male teachers of secondary schools Job newlineSatisfaction and Teaching Aptitude level of the respondents is assessed using the newlinestandardized tool of Job Satisfaction Scale by Meera Dixit (1993). Female newlineteachers have significant higher job satisfaction scores as compared to male newlineteachers of secondary schools This study assessed and compared the adjustment newlinelevel and teaching Aptitude level of the respondents is assessed using the newlinestandardized tool of Social Adjustment Inventory by Roma Pal (1985). In the newlinepresent study, is Female teachers have significant higher adjustment as compared newlineto male teachers of secondary schoolsThe present study assessed and relation to newlinethe 16 Personality Factors
