Background: This research endeavours to emphasize the pharmacological promise inherent in nanosuspensions of Asparagus racemosus and Sida acuta Burm.f. as prospective agents for combating cancer, aiming to capture the interest and engagement of researchers globally. newlineAim: The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the anticancer potential of these nanosuspensions, building upon a comprehensive exploration of existing literature and a meticulously crafted rationale. newline newlineConclusions newlineIt can be concluded that Nanosuspension of Ethanolic Extracts of Leaves of Asparagus Racemosus and Sida acuta Burm.f. is stable. At the same time Nanosuspension significantly increased the life span of the animal when compared to DMH control. The ultimate criteria for judging the potency of any anticancer drug are prolongation of life span and decrease in WBC. The Nanosuspension of extracts delayed the cell division, thereby suggesting the reduction in DMH volume and increased survival time in mice. No visible sign of toxicity and changes in vital functions were observed in any of treated animals. The prolongation of life span is a reliable criterion for judging efficacy of anticancer drugs and the extract of this plant were able to meet this criterion.
