Abstract: For the better part of several hundred years, the three inactive components have served as newlinethe essential elements for advancing technology in the electronics field. However, an innovative fourth fundamental inactive component, known as the memristor, has the newlinepotential to revolutionize the field of electronics and mathematics because it satisfies all of these requirements. Memristors are distinguished by their ability to both store and retain information within their internal memory. The academic community is currently engaged in comprehensive research endeavors, combining scholarly discoveries to unlock the transformative potential of memristor-based memory technology. This technology is also newlineknown as resistive random access memory (RRAM), which may ultimately replace newlinetraditional memory architectures, such as SRAM, DRAM, and flash memory. newline
