Abstract: newlineThis study aimed to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis of the nutritional compositions of human milk and various mammalian milks obtained from dairy animals within the districts of Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal and Hissar in Haryana, India. The research focused on exploring the nutritional disparities among different milk types, encompassing cow, buffalo, and goat milk, in comparison to human breast milk, emphasizing critical parameters including fat content, total solids, solid not fats, protein levels, lactose concentrations, density, freezing point, titratable acidity, pH, and specific gravity
