Abstract: Electric vehicles are playing a vital role in sustainable transportation. In the newlineautomotive industry, electric vehicles become more popular due to zero tailpipe newlineemission, reducing environmental pollution, and increasing fuel costs for internal newlinecombustion engine vehicles. Also, the internal combustion engine vehicle is the newlineprimary source to produce 50 % C02 for environmental greenhouse gas emission. newlineThe World Organization have initiated to improve the air quality in the earth. newlineElectric vehicles are proven to produce zero emissions in the air atmosphere newlinecompared to internal combustion engine vehicles. In recent years, many countries newlinehave started to achieve 100 % zero-emission electric vehicles in future. newlineOne of the biggest problems with electric vehicle adoption in the automotive newlineindustry is high cost and low mileage. The primary sub-system parts of electric newlinevehicles are motors and batteries. Most electric vehicle sub-system parts are newlinedeveloped from non-earth material and are the most expensive. For example, most newlineelectric vehicles use permanent magnet synchronous motors made up of non-earth newlinemagnet materials such as neodymium iron boron and samarium cobalt, which come newlinewith high costs and superior performance newline
