Abstract: Polymer Based nanocomposites dispersed with nano-sized fillers increasingly expanded as a newlineexciting new class of materials for their noticeable improved properties over virgin polymers. High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) is widely used in different segments including medical devices, airplane interiors, and machinery parts of automobiles, other grinding systems owing newlineto its excellent chemical and mechanical properties. Although HDPE exhibits superior newlineproperties compared to rest of existing engineering polymers, it still poses some critical problems such as lack of strength, stiffness, rigidity, heat dissipation and wear resistance which has reduced its usage in many mechanical, aerospace, electronics, and prosthetic applications. newline
