Abstract: | The primary objective of this research thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the newlinecurrent body of literature pertaining to healthcare in India, with the purpose of identifying prospective avenues for enhancement. Through a comprehensive analysis of the present condition of healthcare and the obstacles it faces, this research aims to offer important suggestions for improving the healthcare system in India. Furthermore, this study will examine novel methodologies and tactics that may be employed to effectively mitigate the deficiencies and enhance healthcare results inside the nation. This doctrinal research will examine the many obstacles encountered by healthcare providers in India, including issues related to infrastructure, the scarcity of competent healthcare personnel, and disparities in newlineaccessing high-quality healthcare services. Moreover, this study will examine the legal and policy frameworks that regulate healthcare provision in India, with a particular focus on identifying any deficiencies or aspects in need of development. Moreover, doing a comparison analysis of the healthcare systems of India, the United States, and the United newlineKingdom would provide valuable insights into effective methods and exemplary approaches newlinethat may be used to improve healthcare provision in India. Furthermore, the normative and jurisprudential background has provided a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework governing healthcare in the country. To address the identified issues, several corrective measures exist that can be of great assistance, aiming to improve accessibility, affordability, and quality of healthcare services for all citizens. newline |
