Abstract: | With rapid urbanization and technological progress, the incorporation of Artificial newlineIntelligence (AI) and Blockchain technology into healthcare systems has gained significant importance. This thesis aims to thoroughly investigate and evaluate the regulatory frameworks that oversee AI and Blockchain applications in healthcare, specifically within the context of Smart Cities in India, and compares these approaches to those in the United newlineStates and the European Union. A comparative methodology is employed in this study to identify major differences, similarities, and trends among the three regions. By conducting a detailed analysis of legislation, guidelines, and policy documents, the research offers a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape. The study also sheds light on the challenges that newlinestakeholders encounter when implementing these technologies in healthcare, along with newlinepotential solutions and best practices. newlineThe findings of this research indicate that while the United States and the European Union have made significant strides in creating comprehensive regulatory frameworks, India continues to face substantial challenges in this area. The study emphasizes the need for clear and harmonized regulations in India to ensure the effective and ethical utilization of AI and Blockchain technologies in the healthcare sector.
