The study emphasizes the need for clear and harmonized regulations in India to ensure the effective and ethical utilization of AI and Blockchain technologies in the healthcare sector. Additionally, the research underscores the importance of international cooperation and dialogue to support the responsible and sustainable development of AI and Blockchain technologies in healthcare worldwide. newlineThis thesis provides valuable insights into the expanding field of AI and Blockchain newlineregulation, particularly concerning healthcare in Smart Cities. The analysis and newlinerecommendations presented here aim to serve as a valuable resource for policymakers, newlineindustry stakeholders, and researchers working to develop and implement effective newlineregulatory frameworks in this rapidly evolving domain. newline
