Fused heterocycles, formed by the fusion of ring newlinesystems containing heteroatoms, exhibit significant structural diversity and are newlineessential components of natural products and pharmaceuticals. Heterocyclic newlinechemistry, dedicated to the study of these compounds, has evolved into a complex newlineand intriguing branch with broad implications in organic chemistry, medicinal newlinechemistry, and biochemistry. newlinePyrido piperazines, pyridopyrimidines, and pyrido diazepines are the main topics of newlinethis review, which delves into the synthesis, characteristics, and uses of fused newlineheterocycles. Numerous biological actions, such as antibacterial, anti-HIV, and anticancer newlineeffects, have been established by these substances. The exploration of the newlineconnections between their structure and activity has resulted in the creation of newlinepossible medicinal treatments, like phosphatases and inhibitors of epigenetic newlineprocesses. A variety of pharmacological uses for Pyrimido piparazine compounds newlineare reviewed, along with their production and action.
