Abstract: | The cloud environment is fundamentally dynamic as so many users newlineare added and get revoked at short span of time. Managing such user profiles newlineand their related data is challenging. Data integrity and storage space newlinemanagement are more important, but it is a risky task because of the two to newlinethreefold average growth rate of cloud data. Due to the simplicity of newlinemanaging software and infrastructure, businesses and individuals increasingly newlineoutsource sensitive data to distant cloud servers. Cloud Service Providers newline(CSPs) satisfy the needs of individuals and organisations by enabling them to newlinestore, transmit, and backup their increasing amounts of data at a reasonable newlinecost and by giving them access to other cloud services. The most widely used newlinededuplication method is used by CSPs to provide efficient data storage since newlineit allows for the storage of just one copy of the data while removing duplicate newlinecopies by utilising less upload bandwidth and lowering storage overhead. The newlinesecurity, privacy, confidentiality and integrity of the data are the top concerns newlinefor clients when they upload it to the cloud. Proof of Ownership (PoO) and newlineConvergent Encryption (CE) are typically used to secure data integrity and newlineconfidentiality. Conventional encryption is typically used to encrypt the data newlinewhile it is being outsourced. It is not advised because it contradicts the data newlinededuplication technique. newlineFinding identical copies of the same data in the cloud and newlineeliminating them can help in managing storage space by reducing the amount newlineof storage space required. Due to data deduplication, cloud storage newlinesignificantly reduces duplicate copies. This proposed research introduces a newlinedecentralized ledger public blockchain network to safeguard the integrity of newlinedata saved in cloud storage. newline |
