Abstract: Synthesis and spectral characterization of different drugs [naproxen (NP), venlafaxine hydrochloride (VF), olanzapine (OP), chloroquine (CQ), nimesulide (NS), bromhexine (BH), chlorpheniramine (CPA), pyrimethamine (PMA), loratadine (LD), betamethasone (BEME)] with alpha cyclodextrin (and#945;-CD), beta cyclodextrin (and#946;-CD), silver nano and silver with cobalt nanomaterials were investigated. The selected drugs with and#945;-CD, and#946;-CD and metal nano were analyzed by using UV-visible, fluorescence, FT-IR, powder XRD, differential scanning colorimetry (DSC), field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), high resolution-transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), antibacterial activity and molecular modelling analysis. From the above studies following conclusions have been reached. newline
