Abstract: Workplaces often place a disproportionate burden on female workers which include workloads as well as physical and emotional adverse impact. Historically, women have been responsible for most of the work at home. With spread of women education, increased economic demands of family and innate ability of multi-tasking and their aspiration to excel has increased responsibilities for women both working professionally and still largely carrying the burden of work in the home. The dual responsibilities increase stress, compromise physical and emotional health, and lead to burnout and lower work productivity. The working women s devotion to work and agility to keep the equilibrium, managethe work and home simultaneously with equal finesse is amazing. The research on the topic: Women Professionals are Master Balancers: Critical exploration and Analysis of the Factors Affecting Work Life Balance for Women in Public Administration and Higher Education in Haryana was undertaken to get an in-depth understanding of the issue newline
