dc.description.abstractThis study explores the implications of electronic banking on customer satisfaction in Canara Banks within the Bangalore Rural District. With the increasing adoption of digital banking services, it is crucial to understand how these services impact customer experiences and satisfaction levels. The researcher employ Simple random sampling technique, which is among the probability technique. In Karnataka State, Bangalore Rural district Devanahalli, selected for the study, In Karnataka Devanahalli District chosen for conducting in-depth study pertaining to people of different age group. The sample comprised elements of population that can be analyzed faster and more conveniently. Key aspects examined include the accessibility, convenience, security, and overall user experience of electronic banking services such as online banking, mobile banking, and automated teller machines (ATMs). The findings indicate a significant positive correlation between the usage of electronic banking services and enhanced customer satisfaction. This study provides valuable recommendations for Canara Bank to optimize their digital offerings and improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
