Abstract: | Light Emitting Diode (LED) lightings are used in both industrial and newlineresidential areas due to energy efficiency, durability, and versatility. When newlineCompared to incandescent lighting, LED lighting utilizes minimum of 75% newlineless energy, an energy-efficient technology. LED lighting leads to lower newlineenergy cost and contributes to reduction in carbon emissions. The lifespan of newlineLEDs is by 25 times more than incandescent light, minimizes the need for newlinefrequent replacements and maintenance, resulting in significant long-term newlinetime and cost saving. newlineThe demand for LED lighting is steadily increasing across domestic, newlineindustrial, and commercial applications. LEDs are used in various forms such newlineas standard light bulbs and street lights. The growth in LED usage leads to newlineincrease in production and lowers the costs. Furthermore, manufacturing and newlineutilization of LED requires substantially less energy compared to traditional newlineincandescent or CFL lighting. LEDs are free from hazardous materials. LEDs newlineconsistently outperform than other lighting systems in terms of illumination newlinequality, offers superior color, LED colors are more natural and vibrant. newlineNotably, LED lights emit minimal heat, ensure cool and enhances safety newlinecompared to other traditional lighting systems. The directional nature of LED newlinelighting suites for task lighting and applications, which requires focused newlineillumination. LEDs illuminate instantly, without any warm-up period. newline |
