Abstract: | newline ABSTRACT newlineA series of N-(3-amino-6-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-1,2,4-triazin-5-yl)-2-chloro-substitutedquinoline- newline3-carboxamides (PR-1 to PR-16) have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic newlinetechniques like Infrared spectroscopy (IR), 1H proton NMR spectroscopy (1H NMR), 13C carbon newlineNMR spectroscopy (13C-NMR) and Mass spectroscopy. All the synthesized compounds were newlinescreened for their antibacterial activity against four different strains like E.coli, P.aeruginosa, newlineS.aureus and S. pyogenes, while antifungal activity against three different strains like C. newlinealbicans, A. niger and A. clavatus. On the basis of statistical analysis, it has been observed that newlinecompounds gave significant co-relation. |
