Abstract: | Our galaxy has nearly 1011 stars and nearly all of them are located in the galactic disc. Within the disc structure, several clusters and associations of stars are found. They are gravitationally bound systems of stars which are born in the same region of space from a single molecular cloud and are often regarded as a basic unit of star formation. Therefore, due to their similar distances, coevality, chemical compositions, luminosities, and stellar masses, the study of star clusters is advantageous. newline |
