Abstract: One of the most complex subfields of organic chemistry is the chemistry newlineof heterocyclic molecules. Heterocyclic compounds hold significant importance in the newlinefield of medical chemistry. The field of heterocyclic compounds, which exhibit diverse newlinebiological effects, is continuously growing and presents a considerable challenge for newlinemedicinal chemists. Molecular hybridization (MH) involves the utilization of newlinepharmacophoric subunits from many bioactive derivatives to generate innovative newlineligands or prototypes. The sub-units can be combined to create hybrid structures that newlinepossess the predetermined characteristics of the template. Virtual screening (VS) is a newlinecomputational method employed in drug discovery to examine collections of tiny newlinecompounds and identify the structures that have the highest probability of binding to newlinea certain therapeutic target, typically a protein receptor or enzyme. newlineIn the present research we applied virtual screening approach and newlinemolecular hybridization approach for identification, design and synthesis of novel newlinederivatives as Microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) inhibitors newline
