Abstract: | CsAX3 (A=Pb/Sn; X=Cl, Br, I) Perovskite Quantum Dots (PQDs) with the general chemical formula ABX3 has experienced rapid development from 2015 due to its high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) and narrowband singleand#8208;peak emission profiles, the flexibility of composition and associated bandgap engineering. CsAX3 PQDs hold great potential for applications in areas of photo detectors, LED lights, solar cells and fluorescent sensing. newline |
