The significance of managing risks as the determinant for success in development endeavors, particularly in infrastructure projects, is on the rise. It helps to identify, analyze, mitigate, and control risk related to the cost, time, and scope of projects. Infrastructure projects generally face various types of risks from various activities, ultimately leading to cost and time overruns. The construction process of expansive bridges encounters intricate social and environmental circumstances, necessitates an extended duration for completion, intricate architectural design, and cutting-edge construction techniques. Consequently, these factors contribute to a multitude of uncertainties throughout the bridge construction endeavor.
