Design Analysis and Development of Multiband MIMO Antenna for IoT Application

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a fast-growing technology that connects newlinephysical objects, household appliances, wearable devices, sensors, servers, and other newlinewired or wireless networks. These devices can process data and send it to each other newlinewithout manual intervention. IoT infrastructure is used in a variety of industries, such as newlinehealthcare, transportation, agriculture, and smart cities. Future communications will be newlinecoordinated by systems integrated with IoT technology, and such communication devices newlinewill require compact multi-band antennas to support various frequencies, standards, and newlineapplications. This thesis presents planar multiband (NB and UWB) antenna system design newlinefor low/high data rate communications, i.e. smart home applications, indoor signal newlinetransmit and receive application.
