The main goal of this research aims newlineto maintain user privacy in a distributed storage network, where each newlineparticipant can have their own space for storing data securely. These storage newlinespace can be used further as data storage platforms. Two separate smart newlinecontract was used. One for storing data and another for data distribution. newlineBroadly in this thesis work explored the potential of using Ethereum newlineblockchain as a decentralized, secured and verified Smart chain framework. newlineThe Ethereum blockchain assisted authentication and access control newlinetechnique provides reliable data integrity verification between cloud owners newlineand the requester, without depending on end-users for safe sharing of data. newlineThe Ethereum blockchain-based authentication and access control effectively newlineincreases the throughput and reduces the cost by addressing the chance of newlinefailure in proposed model. This model distributes the secret key to the newlinerequesters upon need and data is encrypted to attain access control over data. newlineBy using smart contract which employs Inter Planetary File Systems (IPFS) newlineand MongoDB as storage systems to automate the process and exchange newlineinformation into blocks followed by the Tendermint algorithm. newline |
