Abstract: Some chalcone-based, water-stable, and fluorescent organotin(IV) compounds were synthesized. Further, their structural attributes were explored for the Aggregation Induced Emission Enhancement (AIEE) phenomenon and spectrofluorimetric detection of Pb2+ ions, picric acid, and naproxen. Soil and aqueous sample analyses demonstrated the real-time application. Furthermore, a diorganotin(IV) adsorbent, designed from the naturally occurring 4-formylphenyl-and#946;-D-allopyranosidepotentially adsorbed the organic dyes in the aqueous medium. In addition, the biological activity of the two compounds was investigated against Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923. newline
