This study aims to investigate the relationship between HR Analytics and key business outcomes, specifically Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction, within the IT and ITES industries in Delhi NCR and Bangalore regions. It aims to provide valuable insights into HR Analytics practices and offer practical recommendations for effective implementation across these industries, benefiting both practitioners and businesses. Statistical techniques such as Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Reliability and Validity analysis, and Regression analysis are employed, with the primary statistical approach being Causal-Effect-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB SEM) to explore complex variable interactions and evaluate mediation effects of technology-related factors. Given the limited empirical research in this area, this study contributes significantly to the existing literature by establishing the crucial relationship between HR, IT, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. In the digital economy, personnel knowledge and skills are considered strategic resources for growth, underscoring the importance of researching employee engagement and its impact on development processes and outcomes. newline
