Due to the larger competitive advantage that green HRM offers, organizations are more aware of its importance. GHRM is a perplexing component of firms that are forward-thinking since many of them are concentrating on and assessing how management practices might be incorporated into the environment. The goal of GHRM is to assist organizations in putting environmental agendas into action. By developing an HR platform where the workforce experiences high HR results and is better involved in the companies and its workers, GHRM is therefore turning into an active participant in accomplishing goals and objectives. newlineThe study aimed the following objectives kept in mind: 1) To conduct research on the level of awareness of GHRM techniques among personnel working in the hospitality industry, with a particular focus on the Dehradun district. 2) To investigate the influence that GHRM practices have on the behavior of employers in the hospitality industry, with a particular focus on the Dehradun district 3) To study Employees Engagement in Hospitality Sector with Special Reference to Dehradun District. 4) The purpose of this research is to investigate the interrelationships between GHRM techniques, employee engagement, employee behavior, and employee performance in the hotel industry, with a particular focus on the Dehradun district. newlineThe study was executed in two phases, viz., the pilot survey phase and survey phase. The response rate for the last phase of research was very good. Several data analysis techniques have been used.
