Our environments are changing as a result of the rapid integration of improvements in data and information processing with advancements in human resources management (HRM). The huge amount of data Human resources management department, when viewed as a data and analytical thinking-centred approach, is quickly taking centre stage in organisational structures. The current research examines the body of research in HR analytics and its implications for organisational predictive decision-making. And this is where Big Data steps in. Though the concept of HR analytics seems very promising at first instance but the actual challenge of translation of idea into practice is on surface (Angrave, Charlwood, Kirkpatrick, Lawrence, and Stuart, 2016).
