dc.description.abstractnewline ABSTRACT newline newlineConflict must be considered as an unavoidable and inevitable challenge in any newlineworkplace. Effective institutions or organizations acknowledge this reality and take newlinedeliberate steps to handle it. It is essential for a person or any organization or newlineinstitution to undertake advance research on the causes of conflict. Understanding the newlineunderlying causes of conflicts may help to reduce their frequency and severity. From newlinethe perspectives of teachers and management officials, this research thesis examined newlinethe existence of disputes and the capacity of teachers and management officials to newlinemanage conflicts effectively. The majority of the teachers who responded to the newlinesurvey said that the top management figures were to blame for the most of the newlineconflicts in the institutions. Many of the respondents listed a variety of causes for the newlinedisagreements and placed the blame on one another. When they used prejudice in the newlinedistribution of resources, which are typically few, management authorities were newlineperceived as inciting conflict among instructors.
