Abstract: | The present study on A study on the work culture and Organisation climate of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has been embarked by the researcher to analyse the work culture and organisation climate of Indian oil corporation limited and their impact on Employee welfare and development and Employee Performance and Productivity. The research work has been divided into seven chapters. Overview of each chapter has been discussed below. newlineThe first chapter Introduction provides the general overview of the topic highlighting the need and importance of work culture and organisation climate. newlineThe second chapter Literature review details the historical development of the constructs, perspective of work culture and organisation climate from renowned authors in the respective fields. newlineThe third chapter Conceptual framework of the study list out the main variables and sub variables and with those variables flow chart is drawn specifying the relationship between the variables. further the explanation of each variable is done based on the relationship. newlineThe fourth chapter Research Design and methodology list out the blueprint on how this research is conducted. It includes objectives of the study, hypothesis, questionnaire development, sampling technique, data collection procedure and tools and analysis used for analysis. newlineThe fifth chapter Data analysis, Results and Interpretation includes the demographic analysis, descriptive analysis, mediation, and moderation analysis, making of structural and testing of model using Warp PLS. further it includes hypotheses testing and decision criterion of accepting or not accepting the hypothesis. newlineThe sixth chapter Conclusion and suggestions discusses the findings of the hypotheses testing and includes the modified suggested model. Further, the chapter also includes suggestions, theoretical and managerial implication, and limitations of the study. newlineThe seventh chapter, quotBibliography and References,quot explains the sources researcher used in the research and how researcher have cited them within her work. It provides a comprehensive list of all consulted sources (bibliography) and specific references tied to in-text citations. newline newline |
