Abstract: | newline ABSTRACT newlineIn this era of globalization, human resources management (HRM) concepts newlinehave e newlineloyee- and resulted in newline- , - newline(Bardoel et al., 2008). This newfound affliction titioners to newlinedesign HR policies and newline2012) and resulted in innovative HR practices, which in turn led to enhanced newlineemployee job satisfaction and organizational performance (Becker et al., 1997). The newlinestrain to meet representative assumptions has brought about the requirement for new newlineHRM drives in dealing with the advanced work environment. newlineConsidering the need for time, this study focuses on the impact of QWL on newlinence in presence of WLBPs in the IT Industry in Delhi/NCR, newlineIndia. The data were collected both online and offline and using a self-administered newlinequestionnaire. Pilot study was conducted to check the reliability and validity of data newlinewhich was followed by final collection of the data. 15,824 was the population and newline375 was the sample size with a 95% confidence level. Final data of 364 respondents newlinewere used for the study. Statistical package for social studies (SPSS) was used to newlineanalyse the data. newlineThe results of the study show that those IT Companies implementing newlineWLBPs seriously, having good QWL which leads to great performance and newlinesatisfaction of its employees. |
