Abstract: | Abstract newline newlineThe purpose of this study is to find out the kinematics study of characteristics of obese with special reference to fitness training. To achieve the purpose of these study (N=200) male and female obese from Chhattisgarh state were selected on purposive basis as subjects for this study. The age of the subjects was 35 to 45 years. Random sampling design was used to select the subjects of this study. Among (N=200) male and female obese from Chhattisgarh state were selected on random basis as subjects for this study were selected as subjects. The six-week physical fitness training was selected as the dependent variable of the study. In this study KINOVEA software (Version 0.9.5) was used to measure all the biomechanical variables such as stride length of the obese during walking, angle of stride length from hip joint of the obese during walking, angle of left- hand backward swing from shoulder joint of the obese during walking, angle of right- hand forward swing from shoulder joint of the obese during walking, height of the shoulder from the ground of the obese during walking, all these five variables were tested during walking between pretest and posttest, and stride length of the obese during running, angle of stride length from hip joint of the obese during running, angle of left- hand backward swing from shoulder joint of the obese during running, angle of right- hand forward swing from shoulder joint of the obese during running, height of the shoulder from the ground of the obese during running, all these Ten variables were tested during running between pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed by using Descriptive (Mean ± SE) and inferential (ANOVA) statistics was employed to analyse the data obtained from the subjects. The findings of the study demonstrated that the inferential analysis (ANOVA) statistically significant difference in stride length during walking (p newlinelt0.01), hip joint angle during walking (p lt0.01), left hand backward swing shoulder joint angle during walking (p lt0.01), right hand f |
