Abstract: | ABSTRACT newlineDespite the prolific use of AI in this manner, chat bot technology is still in its early stages of newlineevolution and is yet to satisfy the expectations of tech-savvy users. To create a user-friendly newlineexperience and a smart AI, we first need to understand the expectations of the user before we design newlineanything. One of the areas of interest is the capability of chat bots to keep up with changing contexts newlineand provide a more natural humaness to the conversation. newlineChat bots haven t changed much over in the years in their definition. Their primary function of newlinemimicking human communication and providing the correct responses to queries has and will newlineremain the same. To this end, traditionally chat bot have been programmed in two main ways, One newlineis through machine learning where the chat bot gets smatter the more the user interacts it. And newlinesecond one is by Using a set of rules that provide responses depending on which conditions are newlinefulfilled. newlineOur research will be to create an framework for a chatbot which will be able to have a proper newlinecommunication with the human in a natural way. Our current research is based on the exploratory newlineresearch methodology, As this research is done for the problem of the context which did not had newlinemore attraction towards. And this area in AI has not been studied clearly, Hence we have selected newlinethe exploratory research method over any other methods, because Exploratory method will help us newlinein creating the priorities, , develop operational definitions and improve the final research design. newlineAs we are aware exploratory research helps determine the best research design, data-collection newlinemethod and selection of subjects. newlineWith our research we could create a chatbot which can talk to human by keeping the context newlinein the conversation and can also chit-chat on total of 8 different domains. newlineKeywords: newlineArtificial Intelligence, Natural Language processing, Context extraction, Conversational AI, newlineHuman-bot communication, Domain identifications newline |
