Abstract

This present research work entitled Electronic Resources and English Language Skill Development in Tertiary Level School Education in Jalpaiguri District of West Bengal is a comparative research study of the use of electronic resources in CBSE and state board schools of Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal. This study aims to create a more comprehensive understanding of not only the use of electronic resources in English language skill development in tertiary level school education of West Bengal but also intends to find out the difficulty areas in the implementation of the same in the Indian classrooms. Though it is theoretically accepted that electronic aids would facilitate learning in a greater number of students, it is nevertheless important for a researcher to delve into the various reasons for the failure in the implementation of the same and suggest solutions. newline
