Abstract: The rubber industry now plays a crucial role in contemporary civilization. Vulcanization is the most crucial process in the everyday application of rubber for the industrial purposes [1, 2]. During the vulcanization time, the discrete rubber chains are cross-linked with each other to produce a 3-D network structure with enhanced mechanical performance of the rubber compounds [2]. The various ingredients, such as cross-linking agent, cure activator and accelerator are methodically added into the rubber matrices during the time of rubber vulcanization. Among the various basic ingredients, 5phr (parts per hundred parts of rubber) zinc oxide (ZnO) is commonly used as cure activator in the rubber industries. newline
