Abstract: | Oxidoreductases are cofactor-dependent enzymes that catalyse reduction/oxidation newline(redox) reactions via transfer of redox equivalents or electrons between donor and newlineacceptor molecules. They are ubiquitously distributed throughout the tree of life as newlineevident from fact that they are integral part of metabolic pathways and are implicated newlinein catalysis of redox reactions.
