Abstract: The biomolecules such as peptides and proteins are made up of simple blocks, the amino acids. The amino acids are not only important in biochemical process, but also important due to their application in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries. Proteins can adopt different native state depending on character and sequencing of its newlineconstituent amino acids and also by the different kind of interactions among the amino acids residues [1] and also by the solvent environment in which it is present. newline
