Abstract: The present work aimed to evaluate the nano-toxic effect of four different types of silver nano-particles. They were synthesized using chemical and phyto-chemical approach. The chemical synthesis was achieved using tri-sodium citrate while the phyto-chemical synthesis was achieved using epicatechin. The reactions were carried out under controlled physico-chemical conditions. Following synthesis, the suspension containing the nano-particles was characterized by the technique of UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Dynamic Light Scattering, High Resolution- Scanning Electron Microscopy, Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. Following characterization, it was found that different types of silver nano-suspension were consisted of lower and higher nano-order particles. newline
