Their competitiveness on newline land and water has resulted in geo-strategic rivalry between the two nations newline to establish themselves as the epitome of Sea Power, especially in the Indian newline Ocean Region. Both India and China got their independence around the newline same time but they tread the path of different ideologies, India chose newline democracy and China opted for communism newline
