Abstract: Within the limitations of the present study, the following conclusions were newlinedrawn: newline(i) There were significant differences of t test in Sit-ups, pull-ups, shuttle-run, newlineStanding Broad Jump and 50m Dash and 12 min run/walk of the physical newlinefitness variables. newline(ii) The significant differences of t -test were found in physiological variables newlinenamely Blood Pressure (Systolic). Blood Pressure (Diastolic), Pulse Rate newlineand Respiratory rate. newline(iii) The sprinters were having better mean values among all physical fitness than newlinekho-kho players at zonal level. newline(iv) The sprinters were also having better mean value out-puts in physiological newlinevariables namely: Blood Pressure (systolic) Blood Pressure (Diastolic), Pulse newlineRate, Respiratory Rate except, Breath Holding. newline(v) The Breath Holding was found insignificant. newline
