Abstract: The present research examines the impact of various motivational activities and its impact on employee job satisfaction. In order to examine the impact of motivational activities on employee job satisfaction some dynamic motivational practices has been discussed. The research study is based on employees of various selected public and private sector banks in Bhopal division. The whole study is based on six factors five may be called as independent variables and one is depended, various independent variables are Reward management system, work life balance, appreciation, fair and justice and compensation and dependent variable is job satisfaction.Total 25 statements were examined based on various motivational practices and examined how these practices impact the level of job satisfaction of employees of various selected banks. Total 500 employees have target from various selected banks. The study based on random stratified sampling methods to obtain sample from target populations as well as employees of banks. newline newlineThe findings of the study prove that, motivational activities played most significant role towards employee job satisfaction because among five different activities four have significant impact. While only one motivational practice work life balance is not significantly related with employee job satisfaction. newline newlineChapter 1: Introduction: Introduction, dealt with the identification of research problem and explore that whey we have selected this topic in the form of statement of the problem. With the statement of the problem we have discussed about motivational practices and employee job satisfaction. newline newlineChapter 2: Review of Literature: In this chapter we have obtain some useful research study related to motivational practices and employee job satisfaction. newline newlineChapter 3: Research Methodology: Research methodology, setting of objectives ,formulations of hypothesis.
