dc.coverage.spatialThe coverage of this thesis includes career development initiatives in the context of Third-party employees. The study examines the impact of these career development initiatives on the engagement and creativity of third-party employees. The role of employee motivation as mediator and employee job satisfaction and employee self-efficacy as moderators was also tested. Among demographics, employee tenure with client organization and employee age were checked for moderation effect. This thesis is based on social exchange theory and psychological contract theory. The data for this study was collected from 614 third-party employees working in Delhi-NCR region. Data analysis was done using AMOS-SEM
