Abstract

The immense loss to human and other life in addition to loss of property linked with disasters throughout the planet call for immediate attention from the active research community for an effective and feasible solution. The disaster that is cited here represents any large scale natural or man-made catastrophe that causes an immense impact on masses and property. A large scale flood, earthquake, train-accident etc. are instances of such catastrophes. A post disaster condition pertains to the havoc condition of the catastrophe struck region exactly subsequent to the catastrophe has hit. A huge mass of people is generally impacted that includes massive loss to life and property. Existing communication infrastructure in the region as well becomes destroyed. A feasible and effective post-disaster situational analysis and resource management strategy needs to be devised to reduce the after effects of a disaster newline
